How Did Stepping Into the Driver's Shoes Help Identify Challenges?
What did I discover?

Difficulty finding reliable and quality car services.

Lack of easy tracking and flexible service plans.

Overcharged by local service providers.

Conflicting advice and concerns about service quality and pricing.

Inconsistent service reviews and nearby options.

Limited knowledge about car services.
How Did I Design the Path to a Seamless User Experience?
Users launch the Limpair app, register, and set their location to discover nearby car services.
They browse through various service options, including regular washes, maintenance, and eco-friendly choices.
To ensure quality, users read reviews and check star ratings for each service.
Users track the progress of their service in real-time, apply any available discount coupons, and complete the payment.
After the service is completed, they inspect their car, leave a positive review, and recommend Limpair to friends and family.
Upon selecting a suitable service, they customize it to fit their needs and book a convenient time slot.
How Did I Tune Up and Test Drive the Design?
I explored leading car maintenance apps to identify key features and user interface elements that enhance user experience. By analyzing these apps and incorporating client expectations, I ensured that our design not only meets industry standards but also addresses the specific needs and preferences of our users.

What’s Under the Hood of the Limpair App?
1. Easy Booking for Car Services
Book various car services with customizable time slots and affordable prices, detailed service times, pickup options, and hassle-free payment.

2. Comprehensive Review System
Leave a review for your previous services with photo or video proof, rate the service provider and facility, and post your rating for the person who provided the service. Share detailed feedback to help others make informed choices.

3. Manage Multiple Vehicles
Easily add all the cars you own to the app and include important details like car number, license number, payment method, and more. Keep your vehicle information organized and accessible in one place.

How Did I Polish the Design to Perfection?
I developed a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and quality across the app. This included standardized UI elements, color schemes, typography, and interaction patterns to create a seamless user experience.
